Join the next phase
The Dune will require an unusual coalition.
The next stage needs land, planning knowledge, architecture, hospitality expertise, environmental science, capital and regional trust.
Early concept illustration, not a final design or planning proposal.

What you can expect.
No advance approval is implied
The project asks for a structured feasibility and planning dialogue. Contact with the project team does not indicate support from any authority.
Sensitive material is not released automatically
Investor and land material is reviewed case by case. Detailed financial, ownership and land documents are kept outside the public site.
The concept can change
If professional studies show that the preferred footprint is incompatible with nature, landscape, agriculture, safety or public access, the concept will be adapted or relocated.
The project is open about what it does not yet have.
There is no confirmed site, landowner agreement, appointed architect, operator or planning approval. Anyone entering a dialogue should do so on that basis.
The current status page records what has changed and when, and is the fastest way to check the project's actual position before a conversation.
